Verify TruMerit™ (formerly CGFNS International) Certificates
This portal is designed to verify if an applicant holds one or more valid TruMerit Certificates.

Please enter the Certificate Number located on any TruMerit Certificate, including leading 0s.

Select the applicant's profession. For ISPN or Certificate Program, select Registered Nurse (RN).

If you were unable to scan the barcode, please also include the applicant's date of birth.

Finally, click the "Validate TruMerit Certificate" button to view the confirmation page, which will show the current status of the applicant's TruMerit Certificate(s), including if any certificate has been revoked or expired.
